Position: 

 CEO - Chief executive Officer

1. Responsibility:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
    • Identify market opportunities and set strategic priorities to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of all coffee shop locations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
    • Implement efficient operational processes and systems to enhance productivity.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial goals.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the management team to foster a culture of excellence.
    • Promote employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Marketing and Brand Development:
    • Oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Relations:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all locations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.

2. Jurisdiction: Make final decisions on strategic initiatives, financial expenditures, and operational management follow The delegation matrix was approved by the chairman

3. Competencies:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or
    related field (Foreign Degree preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably with coffee shop/ restaurant experience
  • Skills:
    • Business mindset
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

4. Reporting line: 

  • Direct reporting: Chairman
  • Subordinate reporting: Managers
  • Coordinate relations: HRD (Group), Director of Internal Affairs (Group)
  • External relations: Customers, partner/ vendors/providers.

5. Outputs: 

  • Development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Monthly and quarterly financial reports demonstrating profitability and growth.
  • Employee engagement and satisfaction metrics

6. Outcomes: 

  • Increased market share and brand recognition within the local coffee shop industry.
  • Improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Achievement of financial targets and sustainable growth for the company

7. Benefits:
