Mô tả công việc:

• Take Coordination with Customer & Factory for proper action and arrangement
• Deploy & manage the progress of new projects from launching until stable mass production, settle the problem during the project implementation.
• Study the requirement of customer, product specification, identify all resources for new project.
• Assign the task for project members, follow-up result, advise for improvement.
• Confirm the submission data & samples to customer, follow-up status of customer approval, lead all the preparation activities for mass production.
• Be responsible for reporting & receiving instruction from Top Management about new projects implementation.
• Develop and implement the work plan, assign work, train employees, control and supervise work, evaluate employee’s performance.

Quyền lợi:

• Lương cơ bản: 18.000.000 VNĐ - 25.000.000 VNĐ (Gross)

Yêu cầu công việc: 

• Good at English (Toeic 730+)
• Graduated from university with technical majors: Mechanical, mechatronics, ...
• Good at English and communication skill.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the same position in a manufacturing company
• Able to use of 3D drawing (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX…)
• Knowledge & proficiency of measuring equipment (CMM, Microscope,…)
• Knowledge of QC 7 tools, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, 5 core tools.
• Good in project management, problem solving, leadership.

Thời gian làm việc: 

• Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6. Nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng, công ty có cung cấp suất ăn
• Mỗi tháng sẽ được nghỉ từ 2-3 thứ 7. 

Quy trình phỏng vấn: 

• Vòng 1 : Thi tuyển (2-3 bài thi tùy vào từng mảng) + phỏng vấn với trưởng phòng người Việt. Bài thi không phải vấn đề, chủ yếu là có thể giao tiếp và sử dụng được bằng tiếng Anh
• Vòng 2: Trao đổi với sếp phó tổng GĐ người Nhật (cũng bằng tiếng Anh) 

Sau 2 vòng, công ty sẽ gửi Offer Letter. Chỉ cần ứng viên kí Offer Letter là hoàn tất quá trình tuyển dụng. (Công ty có thể hỗ trợ việc chờ đợi ứng viên bàn giao xong với công ty cũ, 30-45 ngày)

• Lô đất số N-10, N-11, N-12 Khu công nghiệp Nhật Bản - Hải Phòng, xã An Hưng, huyện An Dương, thành phố Hải Phòng
