Job Description:

Take Coordination with Customer & Factory for proper action and arrangement
Sales Pricing study and offering
Control and follow up the progress of new project with related department to meet customer's schedule
Monitor order and forecast updates from customers. Make and issue delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers
Control and conduct inventory of customer's lending assets to ensure actual lending items are accurate with lending agreement.
Following up customer payment status monthly and requesting payment if overdue.
Do other jobs assigned by TOP managerment and Manager.

Benefits:

Basic salary: 18.000.000 VNĐ - 25.000.000 VNĐ (Gross)

Requirements:

Good at English (Toeic 730+)
Logical thinking and problem solving skill
Communication skill
Team leading position. Have working experience at manufacturing company (Priority)
Dynamic, enthusiasm, responsibility

Working time:

Working hours: Monday - Friday. 1 hour lunch break, company provides meals.
2-3 Saturdays off per month.

Interview process:

Round 1: Exam (2-3 tests depending on each field) + interview with Vietnamese manager. The test is not a problem, the main thing is to be able to communicate and use English
Round 2: Discussion with Japanese deputy general manager (also in English)

After 2 rounds, the company will send an Offer Letter. The candidate only needs to sign the Offer Letter to complete the recruitment process. (The company can support waiting for the candidate to complete the handover with the old company, 30-45 days)
